
The course introduces the principles of crisis management in both the corporate and public sectors. Students will understand types of crises, early warning signals, and root causes, and will master the risk-management process in line with ISO 31000 (identification, assessment, mitigation, scenario planning). Emphasis is placed on developing crisis plans, crisis communication, and the work of the crisis team, including the influence of organizational culture on organizational resilience. Instruction combines theoretical modules with case studies, simulations, and project work. Graduates will be able to design and defend a solution to a specific crisis situation.
